This blend is specifically crafted for pregnant mamas. It  tones the uterus, support healthy blood volume, ease nausea and cramps, and rich in essential minerals - especially calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins K, B, D, C, and A. they help with hormonal balance, fertility, and milk production, so while this blend is perfected for pregnancy wellness, it is also beneficial before conception as well as after birth.

Directions: Add 1-2tsp of loose herbs in 8oz of boiling water, steep for 5-10mins. (Optional add sweetener of choice) Drink and enjoy.
